BRAI3N
BRAI3N redefines what a neurology practice can be. Built on years of research and clinical experience, the team behind BRAI3N has earned global recognition for their innovative approach to treating tinnitus and other complex neurological conditions. With a base in Ghent and a growing international reach, BRAI3N needed a website that communicated their vision with clarity, confidence and sensitivity.
The former website provided an extensive amount of information, but lacked the structure and clarity needed to guide visitors toward the right care path. It didn’t fully reflect the thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach BRAI3N is known for — or the calming presence patients experience in real life. Our goal was to create a website that reflects BRAI3N’s pioneering mindset — combining structure, intuitive navigation and a warm, reassuring tone.
BRAI3N operates at the intersection of neuroscience, clinical practice, innovation, and research. That story needed to be communicated clearly — without becoming overwhelming. We restructured the entire website to guide different audiences (patients, doctors, researchers) along tailored paths. The new site brings clarity to complexity.
BRAI3N’s strength lies in their respected scientific background, but their approach is deeply human. Many of their patients deal with chronic or emotionally taxing conditions. Through gentle design choices — soft typography, spacious layouts, and calm color use — we created a space that feels approachable, respectful and comforting.
The team wanted full autonomy over their content — from publishing research to updating events and managing the team page. We built a powerful but intuitive Webflow CMS, empowering the BRAI3N staff to update the website independently, without compromising design integrity.
As BRAI3N expands internationally, their digital presence must resonate across cultures and languages. The new website was built with multilingual functionality in mind, ensuring scalability and clear communication for a global audience.
BRAI3N needed to move away from overly technical or academic language, without diluting their authority. We rewrote and structured the content to be accessible, warm and empathetic — making it easier for patients to find the help they need and feel understood.
From the very first interaction, the website had to feel clear and reliable. Thanks to a thoughtful UX flow, visitors now find the right information faster, navigate more easily between content types, and intuitively know where and how to book their appointment. The improved structure leads users step by step through BRAI3N’s world — without confusion or friction.
BRAI3N now has a website that mirrors their identity: intelligent, structured and deeply human. It offers clarity to new patients, professionalism to referring physicians, and autonomy to the internal team. It’s a scalable foundation that grows with them — whether that’s new content, new research, or new locations.
Feedback from the BRAI3N team and their visitors confirmed the transformation: the site feels more professional, the information is better structured and easier to find, the tone is more personal, and the experience builds trust. Appointments through the online form are up, and the new website plays an active role in shaping how patients and peers perceive BRAI3N.
