Eurodisplay, a leading European innovation agency specializing in instore experience creation, had a clear goal: to establish a digital presence that matches their industry leadership and empowers their marketing team to take full control of their online content. Their previous website struggled to communicate their expertise and process, lacked intuitive content management capabilities, and left their team overly reliant on external developers for even the smallest updates. Our task was to deliver more than just a beautiful website. We needed to design and develop a platform that showcases Eurodisplay’s innovative work, simplifies content management, and reflects their global reach and dedication to sustainability. The result? A future-proof website that combines functionality with a powerful CMS, enabling their team to publish projects, blogs, and updates with ease, while presenting their brand as the market leader they are.

Challenge 1: Outdated branding and a static online presence

Eurodisplay’s previous website lacked alignment with their brand identity. It felt static and failed to reflect the innovative solutions they provide to their clients. This disconnect not only impacted their online image but also limited their ability to showcase the full scope of their work. That is why we started by embracing Eurodisplay’s brand identity, incorporating fresh colors, modern typography, and a clean design language throughout the site. The result is a website that feels cohesive, professional, and reflective of the innovative work Eurodisplay delivers.

Challenge 2: Limited project showcase capabilities

With a growing portfolio of impressive projects, Eurodisplay struggled to effectively display and communicate their work. To showcase Eurodisplay’s diverse portfolio, we designed a dynamic project gallery with advanced filtering capabilities. Visitors can now explore projects by industry or category with ease and ensures Eurodisplay’s clients can quickly find the content that resonates with them.

Challenge 3: Communicating the process clearly

Eurodisplay wanted to highlight their step-by-step approach to delivering retail solutions, but the process wasn’t clearly communicated on their previous site. Visitors struggled to understand how Eurodisplay brought projects to life. To solve this problem, we designed a dedicated “What We Do” page with a structured layout, presenting their process in clear, digestible steps. Using icons, visuals, and concise descriptions, we broke down their workflow into stages, ensuring that clients immediately understood their expertise and methodology.

Challenge 4: Lack of marketing flexibility

The marketing team faced significant challenges in managing their previous website. Updating content, adding new projects, or publishing blogs was a hassle, creating delays and inefficiencies in their marketing efforts. One of our top priorities was ensuring Eurodisplay’s marketing team had the tools they needed to independently manage the website. By leveraging the Webflow CMS, we created a website where they can easily add projects, publish blog posts, and make front-end changes without the typical delays of involving an external agency.

Challenge 5: A brand new user interface

The previous website’s design was not user-centric, making it difficult for visitors to engage with the content. This impacted not only the browsing experience but also how clients perceived the brand’s professionalism. That is why we crafted a fresh and intuitive interface that guides visitors through Eurodisplay’s story, services, projects, and more. This highlights their expertise without overwhelming the user, creating a positive and lasting impression.
